A once forsaken 280sqm apartment in the luxurious suburbs of Paris was fully refurbished (MEP, HVAC and Décor). After a full restoration of the living area, the mix of traditional French interiors ...(decorative walls and ceilings, chevron parquet and cozy chimney) and modern furniture are completed with a window façade directing to the beautiful terrace. The furniture rest as art pieces and subtly translate the function of each area while regrouping outdoor indoor space. An enveloping metal louvre structure on the terrace, optimizes the outdoor space and create a game of shadow into both spaces. >
