Situated in the luxurious 16em arrondissement avenue Victor Hugo, the once three bedroom, three bathrooms apartment built in the VIVth century, was entirely reconfigured into three master bedrooms with... an additional guest bathroom. Moreover, and after a full re installation of the plumbing and electrical systems, the living room and kitchen were merged into an open living room area with a concealed kitchen in charcoal grey wood cladding, contrasting the entire white space. All these changes took place while preserving the authentic French identity evident in small details such as French panels, gold renaissance accessories (door handles, electric switches), built in chimneys etc. >
